Hugh Aish-Lyons

Hugh Aish-Lyons has worked in various roles related to reward data analytics, management information (MI), and HR data and reporting. Hugh most recently served as an Assistant Vice President Reward Data Analytics and MI Specialist at the London Metal Exchange starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Reward and MI Specialist at Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd from May 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they were an HR Data and Reporting Analyst at Allocate Software from February 2019 to May 2021.

Hugh Aish-Lyons attended LVS Ascot from 2008 to 2015. However, no degree or field of study was mentioned during that time. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2018, they furthered their education at the University of the West of England, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Banking and Finance.
