Russell Wing

Russell Wing is an experienced information security professional currently serving as the Head of Information Security at the London Metal Exchange since September 2013, overseeing both Information and Cyber Security for the exchange and clearing. Prior to this role, Russell held the position of Information Security Governance and Compliance Manager at Visa Europe, where responsibilities included governance and policy compliance particularly in relation to the internal PCI-DSS compliance program. Russell's extensive career also includes significant positions at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, focusing on IT compliance and risk strategy, along with roles at BNP Paribas, Siemens ITS, and JPMorgan Chase & Co., where expertise in IT consulting and implementation was developed. Russell holds both an MSc in Engineering and a BSc in Neuroscience from The University of Manchester.
