Sarah Burdett

Sarah Burdett has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Sarah started their career in 1996 at Dresdner Kleinwort, where they worked as a Director of Human Resources until 2009. From there, they joined Commerzbank AG as a Director of Human Resources, holding the position from 2010 to 2014. Following their time at Commerzbank, Sarah joined MUFG Securities as an Executive Director of Human Resources, where they worked from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at the London Metal Exchange.

Sarah Burdett attended London South Bank University and obtained a M.Sc in Human Resource Management. Sarah also studied at the University of Bath and received a BA (hons) in French and Italian with European Studies.
