Silvana Allday

Silvana Allday has extensive work experience in the field of HR and Organizational Development. Silvana most recently served as the Head of Organisational Development at the London Metal Exchange starting from January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at the same company from September 2019 to July 2022. Before joining the London Metal Exchange, Silvana worked at Commerzbank AG in various HR roles, including Head of HR Business Partners Asia & Middle East from January 2016 to March 2019. Silvana also held positions such as Senior HR Business Partner Vice President from March 2013 to December 2015 and HR Business Partner Assistant Vice President from December 2009 to February 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Employee Relations Specialist and Recruitment Specialist at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein from September 2007 to November 2009. Their early experience includes working in Recruitment at Badenoch & Clark from 2005 to 2007.

Silvana Allday completed their undergraduate education at UCL from 2001 to 2005, earning a BA Hons Degree in Italian & Business Studies. Silvana then pursued further education at Kingston University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (CIPD Accredited).
