Tom Crofts is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service management and incident resolution. Currently serving as IT Service Manager at the London Metal Exchange since February 2018, Tom is responsible for overseeing major incidents affecting electronic trading, clearing, and regulatory reporting services, while also managing internal and external resolver teams. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at the Care Quality Commission from 2009 to 2018, including IT Hub Service Lead and IT Service Analyst. Tom's earlier career includes roles such as IT Services and Records Management Officer at the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from the Academy of Contemporary Music.
