Priya Khambhaita

Priya Khambhaita is a Senior Widening Participation Officer at London Metropolitan University, where responsibilities include leading the organization, delivery, and evaluation of programs to support underrepresented learners in Higher Education. In addition to current work, Priya serves as an EDI Governor at SIMON BALLE ACADEMIES TRUST, focusing on embedding Equality and Diversity practices within the school. Priya's previous experience includes roles such as Operations Manager for Admissions and London Outreach Manager at Generation and Senior Student Success Officer at the University of Hertfordshire, among others. Priya has also been actively involved in governance as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the National Network for the Education of Care Leavers and Co-Chair of its Strategic Group. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from London Metropolitan University and ongoing study towards a Masters in Education at The Open University.
