Alice Black is an accomplished leader in the arts and cultural sector, currently serving as Chair of the Trading Board and Governor at the Museum of London, as well as a member of the New Museum Project Board. As the founder of ArtULTRA, a platform dedicated to supporting emerging artists, Alice Black provides opportunities for artists and collaborates with institutions and businesses on creative projects. In the role of Artistic Advisor at Proposition since May 2023, Alice Black advises on artistic and artist support programs. Additional roles include membership in the Advisory Council of The British Library and serving as Ambassador for the Mayor of London's Cultural Leadership Board. Previously, Alice Black was the Director of The Design Museum, overseeing its transformation into an international design leader, and held several governance and advisory positions across various cultural institutions. Alice Black holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from ESSEC Business School and Georgetown University.
