Kate Duty

Kate Duty holds extensive experience in the railway and airline industries, currently serving as On Train Delivery Manager and Customer Experience Duty Manager at London North Eastern Railway since March 2022. Key responsibilities include managing a large team of on-train crew to enhance customer experiences and ensuring services are properly crewed. Additionally, Kate has been a Lead Trainer at KMD Bespoke Training since November 2020 and has held various positions at Thomas Cook and Thomas Cook Airlines Limited from 2004 to 2019, including Cabin Manager and Cabin Safety & Service Trainer. Future responsibilities will include a role as Senior Cabin Crew Member at FLY4 Airlines from January 2024 to January 2025.
