Sophie Elms is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner at London North Eastern Railway, collaborating with various Head Office teams to address recruitment needs since January 2025. Previously, Sophie served as a Recruitment Advisor and Coordinator at Glean, where the focus was on enhancing learning through structured study tools. With extensive experience at Arbor Education, Sophie managed talent acquisition across multiple locations, covering diverse teams from Customer and Sales to Marketing and Finance.
