Stephanie Walker

Stephanie Walker is an experienced professional in the transportation industry with a focus on customer service and information management. Currently serving as Station Delivery Manager at London North Eastern Railway since November 2018, Stephanie previously held the role of Customer Information Controller. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Virgin Trains East Coast as a Customer Information Controller and a position as Customer Service Assistant at GNER. Stephanie completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Drama at York St. John University from 2001 to 2004, and also attended Birmingham Theatre School in 2009.
