Lucy Jordan

Lucy Jordan serves as Head of Development at the London Screen Academy since August 2021, overseeing the essential Development curriculum for all students and managing a dedicated team. Previously, Lucy co-founded the Write Her, Direct Their Collective, advocating for women in the film industry from June 2019 to December 2021. As Head of Film Studies at Brentwood County High School from January 2020 to August 2021, responsibilities included leading the KS3-KS5 curriculum and tutoring 6th form students. Lucy garnered recognition as Writer-Director for the short film 'Tough Crowd,' which received multiple festival selections and awards in 2021. With extensive experience in both teaching and film production roles, Lucy also holds a PGCE & QTS from the University of East London and a Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies from Falmouth University.
