Claire Sumpter

Claire Sumpter is a Chartered MCIPD professional with extensive experience in human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Employment Services at London South Bank University since May 2021, Claire has held multiple senior roles, including Head of HRSD and Recruitment and Group Head of HRSD. Claire also operates as an Associate at First Ascent Group since January 2019, and previously served as Director at Metis HR Solutions Ltd until January 2023.
