Agata Witczak

Agata Witczak is an experienced HR leader with extensive expertise in managing human resources across diverse regions and industries. Currently serving as the Head of Country HR for EMEA at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since February 2021, Agata oversees HR functions in over 30 countries, leading a team of Country People Partners and collaborating with various operational and strategic departments. Previous roles include HR Head at Thomson Reuters, where Agata directed HR initiatives and managed multiple teams to align HR strategies with business objectives, and held multiple HR positions at Sandoz, Gillette, and other organizations. Agata possesses a strong educational background, including executive management, business training, coaching, and postgraduate studies in human resources and management.
