Caroline Morgan

Caroline Morgan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within the financial and corporate sectors. Currently serving as CFO of London Stock Exchange plc at LSEG since June 2016, Caroline has held multiple positions, including Financial Controller for Post Trade and Capital Markets, and Integration Revenue Director. Prior experience includes significant roles at Anglo American from May 2009 to May 2016, where Caroline contributed as Corporate Office Performance Reporting Manager and Finance Business Partner, among other positions. Earlier career highlights include work at PwC as an Audit Executive and Audit Associate, as well as time spent as an Overseas Assistant Manager with Projects Abroad. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Chinese Studies from the University of Leeds, a Programme for Management Excellence from GIBS Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Birmingham.
