Charlie Mayes

Charlie Mayes has over 35 years of experience in technology and management roles within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Head of Customer Technology Services for EMEA at LSEG since February 2021, Charlie previously held the same title at Refinitiv from May 2020 to February 2021. Prior to these positions, significant leadership contributions were made at DAV Management Ltd from 2000 to April 2020, including roles as Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, and Programme Manager. Early career experience includes positions at IBM UK Ltd as Project Executive and as Project Manager at Data Sciences UK Limited. Charlie holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from The University of Manchester, obtained between 1984 and 1987.
