Chloe Salazar

Chloe Salazar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Capability Development at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since February 2019. Previously, Chloe held several managerial roles within LSEG, including Manager of Learning and Development and Talent Manager. Prior to joining LSEG, Chloe served as the Director of Training at Transcom from April 2017 to May 2018. Chloe's career began at SPi CRM, where a progression of roles from Training Specialist to Associate Vice President, Training was achieved over 12 years. Additionally, Chloe started in the industry at AB Communications, Inc. as an Account Assistant. Chloe holds a degree in Liberal Arts and Commerce, with a focus on Development Studies and Advertising Management from De La Salle University.
