Fahid Naeem

Fahid Naeem is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Global Head of Leadership Talent Acquisition at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since July 2023. Prior to this role, Fahid held various senior positions at Bloomberg LP, including Global Head of Talent Acquisition for both Financial Solutions and Financial Products from June 2017 to November 2022, and previously led talent acquisition efforts for Sales & Product and served as EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition from September 2011 to August 2015. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Sonos, Inc. from August 2015 to June 2017, a Consultant at Leathwaite from March 2008 to September 2011, Head of Research at Cresswell & Co. from February 2006 to March 2008, and Senior Associate at Korn/Ferry International from April 2005 to January 2006.
