Iulia Turcescu

Iulia Turcescu is an experienced software testing and quality assurance professional with a robust background in leading testing teams and implementing effective testing strategies. Currently serving as the EQ Test Lead at LSEG, Iulia oversees a test team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimizing testing processes. Previously, Iulia held significant roles at IBM as a Software Test Manager and Senior Software Test Lead, where responsibilities included defining test strategies and managing integration/migration projects. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Volkswagen AG and Shop Direct, along with extensive QA engineering roles at companies like IBX Group AB and Gameloft. Iulia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu.
