Jake Katz

Jake Katz currently serves as Group Director and Head of Analytics Research at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), a position held since September 2018, and also leads RMBS Research and Data Science. Prior to this, Jake Katz was the Head of Analytics at Laurel Road from August 2016 to September 2018. Jake Katz's earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Director of Risk Architecture at AIG - Asset Management, Co-Founder of eCommerce startup VMerch, Quant/Analyst at Brevan Howard specializing in Resi MBS modeling and trading, and Associate in RMBS Quantitative Research at Lehman Brothers. Educational background includes a Master’s program in Statistics at Yale University and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of Chicago, complemented by research roles at Yale and the University of Chicago.
