Laura Thurston serves as the Group Head of Global Talent Acquisition at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) and has previously held significant leadership roles in recruitment and talent management, including Recruitment & Talent Director at Lloyds Banking Group and Head of Talent & Recruitment at KPMG. Laura's experience extends to InterContinental Hotels Group, where roles included Vice President Global Talent and VP Global Resourcing & HR Business Partner for UK & Ireland Hotel Operations & EMEA Sales & Marketing. Additionally, Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Surrey and is recognized by the British Psychological Society.
