Phrut Wittayarphanprachar has worked in the Human Resources field since 2013. Starting as a Recruitment Officer at Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CPF)- Thailand World Headquarter, they then moved to Workmate in 2015 as an HRBP & Operations management. In 2018, they were a Recruitment and HRBP Specialist at Central JD Commerce Ltd. and then a Human Resources Manager at Superrich Thailand from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are a Human Resources Lead at Forward.

Phrut Wittayarphanprachar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Prince of Songkla University between 2009 and 2012.
