Marco Carmo

Marco Carmo is an accomplished professional in the financial technology sector, currently serving as the Head of Partnerships and Alliances for Latam at LSEG since October 2020. In this role, Marco leads the development of strategic alliances with financial market providers to enhance LSEG's offerings as a comprehensive solution for clients' needs. Prior to LSEG, Marco's extensive experience at Thomson Reuters spanned over 27 years, including key roles such as Head of Partnerships and Alliances, Head of Professional Services Group, and Head of Solution Sales and Services. Marco also held leadership positions at Refinitiv and openwave as a senior consultant. Academically, Marco holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Strathclyde and is pursuing a Master's degree in Software Engineering at IPT - Instituto de Pesquisa Tecnologica.
