Nathan Hawes

Nathan Hawes is an experienced professional in the field of financial operations and technology management, currently serving as the Director of FinOps at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group). Previous roles include Senior Manager of FinOps and Design and Implementation Lead within the HES Hosting Delivery Division at the same organization. Nathan also held the position of Technology Manager for Active Directory, Backup, and Server Teams at MUFG, where Nathan served as Vice President. Earlier career experiences consist of serving as Platform Services Server Technical Manager at Bank of Tokyo, Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd as an Associate Director, Interim Computer Services Manager at Aylesbury Vale District Council, and Technical Manager for the Windows delivery team at Lloyds Banking Group. Nathan obtained a BSc(Hons) in Computing and Informatics from the University of Plymouth between 1994 and 1998, following studies at Plymouth College of Higher Education from 1992 to 1994.
