Prashant Jain

Prashant Jain is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in team leadership and due diligence processes across several prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Operations Manager (Team Leader) at LSEG since January 2022, Prashant oversees a team of 16-20 members and manages client escalations. Prior to this role, Prashant worked at Refinitiv as Ops Manager (Team Lead) for Screening Resolution Services and served as Research Supervisor at Thomson Reuters, where management of complex projects was key. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant Manager Quality at HSBC, focusing on anti-money laundering efforts, and a role as Dealer at Sharekhan Commodities Private Limited. Prashant holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from IITM Gwalior and additional education from Alliance University and SSM Ambah.
