Rochelle Lucas

Rochelle Lucas is a seasoned executive in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Capital Markets at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since March 2021, and also holds the position of Board Trustee for the LSEG Foundation. In addition, Rochelle serves as a Non-Executive Director at Regulatory Reporting (formerly UnaVista) since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles at HSBC Commercial Banking as Global Chief Control Officer, and a 15-year tenure at Goldman Sachs where Rochelle advanced through various leadership positions, including Head of Operational Risk for EMEA and Head of Internal Audit in Australia & New Zealand. Earlier in the career, Rochelle worked at Ernst & Young/Andersen in Technology Risk Services and at ANZ Investment Bank. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce & Science from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia, and current engagement as a Guest Lecturer in Risk Management at Imperial College Business School.
