Stephanie Waters

Stephanie Waters is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus on financial services and integrated campaigns. Currently serving as the Global Director of Marketing for FX at LSEG, Stephanie has held various leadership roles, including Director of Regional Marketing for the Americas at LSEG and Marketing Director for Account Based Marketing at Refinitiv. Previous positions include Head of Regulatory Marketing and Strategic Financial Regulatory Marketing Leader at Thomson Reuters, as well as an early career role as an Executive Assistant at Reuters and Ogilvy. Stephanie holds an Advanced Digital Marketing Diploma from New York University and an MBA in Marketing from Hofstra University.
