Zowie Norfolk is a seasoned executive with a strong background in technology and operations within the financial services sector. Currently serving as COO of Capital Markets Technology at LSEG since November 2021, Zowie also holds the position of COO of Technology at LCH, along with a role as Business Manager, covering Technology and Operations. Previous experience includes serving as Business Manager and Head of Business Management for Central COO CIB Services at RBS Markets and International Banking from April 2011 to November 2015, as well as holding the role of Business Manager covering various operations at UBS from October 2003 to April 2011.
