Aleta Thompson

Aleta Thompson is a seasoned dance educator and choreographer with extensive experience across various prestigious organizations. Currently, Aleta serves as part of the Teaching Faculty at London Studio Centre, delivering dance classes for the BA Honours Jazz Pathway course. As the Director of The Platform UK, Aleta founded a company that addresses the demand for dance travel, training, and mentoring, notably orchestrating trips to Los Angeles for aspiring dancers. Aleta has held roles as a choreographer at Pineapple Dance Studios and provided instruction at The Musical Theatre Academy and the Royal Academy of Dance. Additional noteworthy experiences include choreography for pop/RnB group PYT, a collaboration with Drum Media for a viral video project, and participation as a featured dancer in various media productions. Aleta's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Visual and Performing Arts from London Metropolitan University.
