Zerlina Mastin

Zerlina Mastin is a Clinical Dietitian at Cygnet since May 2023 and a BSc Dance Science Lecturer at Trinity Laban since February 2020. With extensive experience as a Registered Dietitian at London Studio Centre and previously at Centrepoint, Zerlina has provided one-to-one consultations, lectures, and nutrition seminars. Zerlina has developed courses on various nutrition-related subjects for the School of Natural Health Sciences and Stonebridge Associated Colleges, specializing in areas such as sports nutrition and vegetarian dietetics. Additional roles have included Registered Sports Nutritionist at Marylebone Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine and Nutrition Consultant at Reebok Sports Club London. Zerlina holds a Master of Science in Public Health Nutrition from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from King’s College London, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Ballet from the Royal Academy of Dance.
