Jade Stapleton has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Jade currently serves as the Director of People at London's Air Ambulance Charity, where Jade plays a vital role in creating and implementing talent-focused strategies. Prior to this, Jade held various leadership roles at YouthNet, overseeing central services and driving strategic HR initiatives. Jade also has a background in management, having worked as a Floor Manager at Borders. Jade holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature & Japanese Studies and has pursued additional qualifications in HR and holistic massage.
