Michelle Johnstun

Michelle Johnstun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and business development. Currently serving as the Owner of MichelleJ Consulting since May 2024 and the Director of Operations at Lone Peak Psychiatry since June 2023, Michelle previously held the role of Clinics/Operations Manager at Ascendant Behavioral Health Clinics from November 2019 to June 2023. Prior to that, Michelle was the Owner and CEO of RaisingExpectations, Inc. from April 1999 to November 2019, focusing on brand development and strategic consulting. Additional experience includes managerial positions at CVS Caremark Corporation, CookieLee Jewelry, and Christopher & Banks. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and HR Management from National University, earned between 2011 and 2012.
