Brent Jendrusch

Brent Jendrusch is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Manager at Lone Star Bakery, where responsibilities include overseeing the company's IT infrastructure and operations, as well as modernizing the ERP system to support growth. Brent has also operated an independent IT consulting practice since 2003 and held roles such as Private Security at Whelan Security and Technology Manager at Floresville Electric Light & Power System, where leadership in technology planning and team coordination was key.
