Kelli McGuire, M.Ed., CHES, PMP has a diverse work experience in the field of public health and project management. Kelli is currently working as a Project Manager at Lone Star Circle of Care. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physiology, Sport Management from Southern Methodist University, attending from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kelli has also earned several professional certifications. Kelli obtained the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc in June 2015. Kelli also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute, which they earned in April 2021. In January 2023, they obtained the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, they hold the Heartsaver CPR AED certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, which they obtained in December 2018.
