Lisa Martinez

Lisa Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Lisa began their career as a Human Resources Benefits Coordinator at ResCare from 1997 to 1999. Lisa then joined PepsiCo - Pepsi Beverages Company as a Human Resources Generalist from 2001 to 2011. During this time, they gained experience in various HR functions. From 2011 onward, they transitioned to Lone Star Circle of Care, where they held multiple roles. Lisa started as a Human Resources Generalist specializing in healthcare recruiting from 2011 to 2013. Lisa then became an HR Business Partner from 2013 to 2015, followed by a role as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2015 to 2020. Currently, Lisa is serving as the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Lone Star Circle of Care. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, retention strategies, recruitment metrics analysis, employer branding, and vendor relationship management, among other responsibilities. Lisa has a strong focus on aligning talent strategies with organizational goals and has experience in diverse recruitment efforts, including diversity recruitment and intern/extern program management.

Lisa Martinez attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, with a major in General Studies.
