Ramona R Rook, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning from 1981 to the present. Ramona R began their career as the Co-Owner of Miller Smith Sign Co., where they managed all aspects of the business including sign manufacturing, installations, and office administration. In 1993, they transitioned to the role of Clerical Receptionist at Paramount Life Insurance Co./NFC Marketing, where they answered phones, greeted guests, and provided general clerical support.

In 1995, Ramona joined Fairfield Resorts as an Administrative Team Manager, overseeing a team and managing various administrative tasks. Ramona R then joined Transamerica Life Insurance Co. in 2002 as the Lead HR Specialist, responsible for employment application intake, personnel actions, employee orientation, and maintaining employee data. Ramona also conducted pre-employment screening and testing for various positions within the company.

In 2009, Ramona joined Lone Star Communications, Inc. as the Senior Human Resources Director. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the HR department, including hiring, administering benefits, enforcing company policies, and ensuring legal compliance. Ramona R also reviewed and modified HR policies and practices to maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.

In 2017, Ramona was promoted to Human Resources Specialist at ArCom Systems, Inc., where they contributed to HR functions for three years before their departure in 2020. Throughout their career, Ramona has demonstrated strong HR expertise, compliance knowledge, and leadership skills.

Ramona R Rook, PHR graduated from Hall Senior High School with a Diploma. In addition, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in June 2020.
