Vivek Baid

Vivek Baid is currently serving as the Managing Director and General Counsel Asia Pacific at Lone Star Funds. Prior to this role, Vivek worked as a Counsel at Sidley Austin LLP for five years. Vivek also has experience working as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, Morrison & Foerster LLP, and Paul Hastings. Vivek Baid holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law. Additionally, Vivek has also completed a program at The Hague Academy of International Law.
