Bruce McMillan

Bruce McMillan is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in banking and lending. Currently serving as the SVP Business Relationship Manager at Lone Star National Bank since September 2025, Bruce has held several senior roles including SVP Private Banking Relationship Manager at Texas Partners Bank, and SVP Commercial Banker at Bank OZK. With a background in commercial lending and relationship management, Bruce previously served as Director of Business Operations in a family business and held various positions at Broadway Bank and Cadence Bank, N.A., focusing on C&I lending.
