Dr. Christopher Lund

Assistant Superintendent Of Curriculum, Instruction And Professional Development at Long Beach USD

Dr. Christopher Lund currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum, Instruction and Professional Development, along with other assistant superintendent roles, at Long Beach Unified School District since July 2015. In addition, Dr. Lund has been an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University since 2004. Previously, Dr. Lund held the position of Director of Research and Elementary/K-8 Schools and Principal within the Long Beach Unified School District from 2008 to June 2015, and served as Principal at Los Angeles Unified School District from 2000 to 2008. Dr. Lund holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Southern California, a Master's degree in Education Administration from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature with International Studies from Northwestern University.
