Michael Cooper

Michael Cooper is an experienced Visual Art Teacher at Long Beach Unified School District since May 2023. Previously, Michael served as a Creative/Secretary at St. John's University from September 2018 to May 2019, where responsibilities included graphic design for marketing materials and managing payments for events. Additionally, from January to March 2019, Michael was a Global Learning Leader with Reach the World, connecting global travel experiences to 2nd grade classes through organized lesson plans and activities. Michael holds a Master’s degree and a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Education from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Graphic Design, and International Studies from St. John's University.
