Sasha Dacosta

Sasha Dacosta is an experienced preschool educator with a strong commitment to nurturing and enriching educational experiences for children, particularly those from low-income backgrounds and with disabilities. Currently serving as a Preschool Teacher at Long Beach Unified School District since August 2018, Sasha has previously held positions at UCP of Orange County as a caregiver, and at Santa Ana Unified School District and Orange County Head Start as a preschool teacher. With a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University-Portland and a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from California State University-Dominguez Hills, Sasha is well-equipped to foster child growth and development through engaging and supportive learning environments. Additional experience includes serving as a Security Officer at Guardsmark and as a Substitute Preschool Teacher at ChildCare Careers.
