Keith Parsons has extensive work experience in various roles. Keith started their career in 2006 as an Educational Sales Consultant at Sylvan Learning Centers, where they excelled in both inbound and outbound phone sales. Keith later transitioned to a Business Analyst/Project Manager role, providing IT and project support to clients.

In 2009, Keith joined Brightkey Management as a Customer Service Representative/Receiving Clerk, where they handled a variety of tasks and effectively assisted callers with their concerns.

From 2010 to 2014, Keith worked at Comcast in two different roles. Keith first served as an Outbound Telemarketer, where they successfully sold Comcast's Business Class services to small and medium-sized businesses. Keith later became a Business Account Executive, utilizing outside sales techniques to close deals with potential prospects.

In 2014, Keith joined Netacom as a Sales Coordinator, responsible for sales, generating outbound calling structures, and providing post-sale support. Keith then moved on to Window Nation as an Outbound Call Center Supervisor, managing call campaigns and setting up initial appointments for potential customers. Keith later became an Assistant Call Center Manager, assisting in managing the call center and analyzing statistical trends.

Keith returned to Pearson in 2016 as a Manager of Tier One Help Desk. Keith was responsible for designing and implementing a new help desk system to provide better support for customers.

In 2018, Keith rejoined Window Nation as a Call Center Team Lead. Keith trained and developed a team of customer service representatives, designed and implemented a full-time virtual call center, and assisted in the daily operations of a 50+ seat call center.

Most recently, Keith joined Long Home Products in 2020 as the Confirmation Department Manager, where they currently hold the position.

Keith Parsons graduated from Gaithersburg High School in 1995 with a High School Diploma. Keith then attended Towson University from 1995 to 2002, where they studied Communications, Electronic Media and Film, although they did not obtain a degree. In 2009, Keith enrolled in the University of Maryland Global Campus and completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2015. Additionally, from 2009 to 2010, they pursued a degree in Project Management and Business Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus as well.
