Felicia Smith

Felicia Smith is a licensed real estate salesperson at Winzone Realty Inc. since October 2011, demonstrating exceptional communication and leadership skills while interacting with diverse clients. In addition to real estate, Felicia serves as a technology instructor for the Long Island Board of Realtors, providing technical training for the multiple listing platform. Felicia also contributes as an adjunct faculty member at Kingsborough Community College, where involvement in the Project Rise program includes case management, strategic planning, and personalized support for at-risk young adult fathers.
