Sara Wenger, GPC, is an experienced development consultant with a strong background in grant writing and management. Currently serving as a Development Consultant at R&L Consulting since September 2017, Sara specializes in grants strategy, prospect research, and grant writing. Concurrently, Sara functions as Grants Manager at Lift For Life Gym and has held the position of Grant Writer at Long Island Children's Museum since May 2011, contributing to the Museum's community-centric initiatives. Sara previously worked as a Grant Writer for Mill Neck Family of Organizations, providing vital services for individuals with disabilities, and has also held grant writing roles at the Long Island Children's Museum and Grenville Baker Boys & Girls Club, focusing on youth sports and education. Sara's educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Communication Arts from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Hamline University, complemented by four graduate credits in Evaluation Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
