Chris King

Radio Broadcaster at Long Island Ducks Baseball

Chris King has extensive experience in broadcasting, serving as a radio broadcaster for the New York Islanders since 1998 and for the Long Island Ducks Baseball since 2000. Additionally, Chris has been a hockey broadcast instructor at Hofstra University since 2010 and has provided voice-over talents for NHL highlights through NeuLion Inc since 2012. Previous broadcasting roles include working with MSG Varsity and WLIR, as well as radio broadcasting and disc jockey duties at WRCN. Chris began a career in software engineering with roles at Reuters and Grumman before transitioning fully into broadcasting. Chris holds a BA in Communications from SUNY Geneseo and an MS in Computer Science from Binghamton University.
