Michael Pfaff

Michael Pfaff has extensive experience in the sports industry, starting in 1995 with the National Football League in a communications role. In 2002, they joined the Long Island Ducks Baseball organization as President/General Manager, where they were responsible for various aspects of the business, including P&L management and marketing. In 2008, they also worked as a consultant for Past Time Partners, LLC. In 2009, they served as a consultant for Bears Baseball, LLC, successfully improving the club's financial operations. In 2015, Pfaff became a partner and co-owner of the New Britain Bees Professional Baseball Club, leading its start-up and subsequent transition to a summer collegiate wood bat league.
