Operations Team

The Operations Team at Long Island Ducks Baseball is responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for fans and players at Fairfield Properties Ballpark. This team includes ushers who assist fans with seating and inquiries, promotional staff who engage fans with activities and giveaways, and the head groundskeeper who maintains the field's pristine condition. The Assistant GM of Stadium Operations oversees the logistical and operational aspects of the ballpark, while the clubhouse manager ensures the players' facilities are well-equipped and functional.
