Janet Chesley Phr

Janet Chesley, PHR, SHRM-CP began their work experience in 2001 at Lloyd Staffing, where they held various HR roles and eventually became the Vice President for Human Resources and Risk Management. In this position, they provided HR support to multiple site employee populations and reported directly to the CEO. In 2011, Janet joined Long Island Plastic Surgical Group as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing a population of 300 employees.

Janet Chesley, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse education history. In 2009-2010, they attended the New York Institute of Technology where they obtained a PHR degree in Human Resources. Prior to that, it is unclear where they received their education. However, they did attend Cornell University for an unspecified period of time and pursued a degree in ILR. Janet also studied English Language and Literature at SUNY Brockport and Human Resources Management and Services at SUNY Empire State College. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2010. Janet later achieved the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in November 2015.
