Danay Spencer

Danay Spencer, PHR, SHRM-SCP, is currently the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Long Island Power Authority, overseeing day-to-day HR operations. With previous experience in HR management and payroll at Binder and Binder, as well as a background in fitness as an Exercise Specialist at Plus One and administrative support at Long Island University, Danay brings a diverse skill set to their role.
