James Palmer

James Palmer is currently serving as the Director of Transmission and Distribution Operations at Long Island Power Authority. Prior to this role, Palmer held positions such as Electric Operations Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, General Manager at Belmont Municipal Light Department, and Electric Operations Manager at NSTAR (now Eversource Energy). Palmer also has experience as a Management Consultant. James holds an MBA from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, and a BS in Management Studies from Boston University.
