Ed Weis

Ed Weis currently serves as the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Long Island University, a position held since June 2018. Prior experience includes serving as the Dean of the School of Business at Mercy College from May 2012 to May 2018 and as the Dean of the Business Division at Molloy College from 2009 to 2012. Ed Weis also has a substantial background in corporate finance, having worked at Merrill Lynch as a Managing Director in Investment Banking from 1997 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Finance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business and a law degree from the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law.
